iPROMOTEu’s Forum of Dreams 2025 is being held just outside Boston, Massachusetts. Lodging and events will be at the luxurious Encore Boston Harbor Hotel, conveniently located minutes from downtown at 1 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149.
This event is an invite-only event FREE for ONE Affiliate business owner and includes lodging for July 8 and 9, all meals and event experiences, plus airfare reimbursement up to $500 (dispersed post-event).
A second person (owner and/or principal) from your company may attend for an additional fee of $1000, which does not include airfare or lodging (should an additional hotel room be required). The 2nd registration fee only covers meals and events.

Please book your flight and send the flight receipt to smcconnell@ipromoteu.com. All flight receipts must be submitted by Friday July 18th to be eligible for reimbursement. Reimbursements will be processed and added to your account by Friday August 1st.
The card provided at the time of hotel booking will be used only to guarantee the room and will not be charged.
You will be responsible for paying your hotel room in full upon check-out if you book more than the two rooms included in the event registration.
The closest and most convenient airport is Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).
No, the Encore Boston Harbor Hotel does not offer a shuttle service. However, it is just a 15-minute Uber, Lyft, or taxi ride from Boston Logan International Airport. iPROMOTEu will provide Uber credits to cover the cost of your ride from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport.
The Encore Boston Harbor Hotel offers indoor parking with direct access to the resort. Self-Parking is complimentary for all guests, subject to availability. They also offer valet parking for $10 per day, FREE for Wynn Rewards Members.
Forum of Dreams will kick off on Tuesday, July 8 with our welcome at 3:00 p.m. EST and will concludes with the final wrap-up lunch on Thursday, July 10 at ending at 1:30 p.m. EST. To take full advantage of all the events and networking opportunities, please plan your travel to attend the whole event.
We recommend business casual attire for daytime events. Evening events and Tradeshow Day are more relaxed, so feel free to dress casually. On Tradeshow Day, we encourage you to show your team spirit by repping your favorite sports team’s gear.
We will make every possible accommodation for special dietary requirements and food allergies, within reason. To best meet your needs, it is important to request all special dietary requirements prior to the event. Please provide us with this information by answering the dietary requirements and food allergies questions while registering for Forum of Dreams.
