Where is the 2025 Affiliate Forum being held?

iPROMOTEu’s Forum of Dreams 2025 is being held just outside Boston, Massachusetts. Lodging and events will be at the luxurious Encore Boston Harbor Hotel, conveniently located minutes from downtown at 1 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149.
When is the Forum of Dreams registration deadline?

Space is limited so we recommend all Vendors reserve booth space as soon as possible before April 15, 2025. Prices will increase an additional $1,000 after April 15th and registration will close once the event has sold out.
What is the rate for the hotel?

We have negotiated a discounted rate of $299 per night. This rate is eligible for the event dates (July 8-10) as well as 3 days pre- and post-event based on availability and does not include sales tax or service fees. The rate expires on Friday, May 30th, 2025.

Which airport should I fly into?

The closest and most convenient airport is Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).
Does the hotel have a shuttle?

No, the Encore Boston Harbor Hotel does not offer a shuttle service. However, it is just a 15-minute Uber, Lyft, or taxi ride from Boston Logan International Airport.
Is there parking available?

The Encore Boston Harbor Hotel offers indoor parking with direct access to the resort. Self-Parking is complimentary for all guests, subject to availability. They also offer valet parking for $10 per day, FREE for Wynn Rewards Members.
When should I plan to arrive and depart?

Forum of Dreams will kick off on Tuesday, July 8 with our welcome at 3:00 p.m. EST and will concludes with the final wrap-up lunch on Thursday, July 10 at ending at 1:30 p.m. EST. To take full advantage of all the events and networking opportunities, please plan your travel to attend the whole event.
What is the dress code?

We recommend business casual attire for daytime events. Evening events and Tradeshow Day are more relaxed, so feel free to dress casually. On Tradeshow Day, we encourage you to show your team spirit by repping your favorite sports team’s gear.
Will accommodations be made for special dietary requirements or food allergies?

We will make every possible accommodation for special dietary requirements and food allergies, within reason. To best meet your needs, it is important to request all special dietary requirements prior to the event. Please provide us with this information by answering the dietary requirements and food allergies questions while registering for Forum of Dreams.
Will there be an event app?

Yes! We’ll be using Whova as the official event app for Forum of Dreams! The app will be your go-to resource for event communications, important details, and fun contests. With everything you need at your fingertips, Whova is the easiest way to stay informed and engaged throughout the event, so you never miss a moment.
